Maid To Please

I love using Maid to Please. They do a wonderful job, are super responsive and very respectful of our home! I won't use anyone else.

I'm having a baby in about a week and decided I wanted a good, deep, professional clean of my home. MTP was prompt, efficient, kind, professional, and very thorough. I cannot recommend them enough. I will use them for all future cleaning needs.

Was absolutely thrilled to have Maid to Please come out. Have had a newborn in the house for a couple months now and haven’t been able to clean the house to the extend I’d like. They were courteous, efficient and very good at what they do. Would highly recommend and have already signed up for the monthly cleaning service.

This rating is for the first cleaning performed by Maid To Please on October 8, 2019. I will write another review after 3 to 4 monthly cleanings. It took me about two months to review all the cleaning services near Lincoln Nebraska. After the vetting process ended, I decided to get a free estimate from Made To Please. From the beginning, they were very responsive. After the estimate, I had a very good idea of what to expect and budget accordingly. It is not the most inexpensive service, but it worth every penny. During the first cleaning there arrived on time and work very, very hard. The cleaning personnel did a deep cleaning in the entire house. They had very sophisticated cleaning instruments that were able to reach under the beds and under other furniture. Their chemical were also eco-friendly and specialized in protecting your furniture. Before the cleaning personnel were finished, a supervisor arrived to check on them and verify the job was performed according to my expectations. I am a very meticulous person, so I after they left I inspected myself with a white-glove approach and I found that ceiling fan blades in the entry way and living room were very dusty. The cleaning personnel did clean them, but they had not been cleaned for at least 5 years, so they were greasy. I also noticed that the white lamps in the new leaving room were also a little dusty. However, I was very impressed with the rest of the house, specially the pantry and the mod room. They cleaned every single crumb! Here is the most important part of this review. I emailed Made To Please October 8 at 3:49 pm about the items what were not cleaned according to my expectations and at 3:57 I got a response from them. They were happy to send the supervisor to redo the areas in question. The next day we had the supervisor here again and took care of those items. At this point, I knew the folks at Made To Please were professionals and second to none. My wife is very happy with their services and I scored some serous points with her! I highly recommend Made To Please services to all those husbands like me that, due to bad behavior, need to score points with their wives. I requested the monthly service for now and may be requesting the bimonthly service in the future. The house is clean, my wife is not stressed, and our family is happier. This is one of the best investments I made for my family!
